I believe that healing starts by honoring who you are—your strengths, your inner resources, and your natural ability to move toward well-being.
At the core of my work is the belief that you already carry within you the capacity to heal, grow, and find direction. My role is not to “fix” you, but to walk alongside you with my knowledge and expertise and provide the clinical support as you reconnect with your own wisdom, resilience, and potential.
This perspective is deeply rooted in the principles of Dr. Carl Rogers' Person-Centered Therapy, where the focus is on unconditional positive regard and the trust that every individual has a deep, intuitive sense of what they need. I create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can reconnect with that inner wisdom and trust your own path toward healing.
Informed by the work of Dr. Janina Fisher and Dr. Judith Herman, I approach not only trauma and dissociation, but all clinical needs with deep respect for your natural pace of healing. True and lasting wellness isn’t forced—it unfolds when we learn to listen closely to the body and mind’s inner wisdom.
Transitioning into a wellness mindset means honoring that inner knowing—recognizing it, listening to it, and moving gently in alignment with it. This includes identifying the small, meaningful steps that support your healing and staying attuned to the timing that feels right for you. Inner shifts take time, and they ask for patience, compassion, and a sense of safety.
In our work together, I aim to create space for that process—to nurture understanding at your rhythm, not anyone else’s. Healing becomes possible when you are seen, supported, and empowered to move forward in a way that truly fits you.
Inspired by the wisdom of Dr. Marsha Linehan’s Dialectical Behavior Therapy and the gentle clarity of Dr. Eugene Gendlin’s Focusing-Oriented approach, my work honors the quiet power of truth. As Gendlin writes, “What is true is already so.” When we turn toward what is real—no matter how tender or difficult—we begin to align with our innate rhythm of healing. Just as the sun rises and the earth responds, so too does our inner world awaken, each part of us moving in harmony toward wholeness.
I am here to listen deeply—to attune to the subtle rhythms of your inner world, to reflect what I see, and to walk beside you as we uncover your unique path to healing. The shape of your transformation is not yet known, like a story still unfolding. But if you feel the call to take the next step—or simply to continue—I am here, grounded, prepared, and honored to journey with you.
